President & Principal Contractor
Jacob Kelly brings over a decade of construction experience across commercial, hospitality, industrial, and civil projects, with additional expertise in insurance mitigation and restoration, complex occupied renovations supporting active industrial manufacturing, and custom residential construction. Licensed as a General Contractor in both Georgia and Florida, Jacob personally sees every project through from pre-construction and permitting to final closeout, a level of direct involvement that keeps budgets disciplined, schedules on track, and communication clear at every stage. A St. Simons Island native, Jacob founded Kelly Construction to bring the accountability and precision of large-scale commercial work to every project the company takes on, regardless of size or sector. As President, he sets the standard the rest of the team builds to: precise, accountable, and built to deliver.
Project Manager
Stephen Kelly brings nearly a decade of experience in the construction industry, with a background spanning commercial construction, light industrial, insurance mitigation and restoration, and high-end residential construction. Stephen’s path through the field, from hands-on trade work to project leadership, gives him a working knowledge of every phase of a build, which he applies to keep budgets, schedules, and subcontractors aligned from day one. He manages each project with the same standard: clear communication, disciplined oversight, and a seamless experience for the client from scope to final walkthrough.
